The MSM Sales Team may not have been able to celebrate Mardi Gras in New Orleans, but that doesn’t mean that the spirit of New Orleans wasn’t here in Buffalo Grove. On March 5th, the MSM Buffalo Grove office took part in the Mardi Gras Sales Contest. Each member of the sales team was divided into one of three teams: Purple, Gold, and Green, and was hoping to be led to a team victory by one of the three Marketing Reps placed on one of the three teams as well.
Throughout the day, the Marketing Reps awarded their team members beads based on the sales they made, with each color bead having a different point value depending on the sales value and whether or not it was a new sale or renewal. Beads were also awarded for reaching total dial goals throughout the day, and for wearing your team color. In the spirit of Fat Tuesday, the opportunity to start the day with Paczkis and be re-energized with a filling lunch was not missed by anyone.
As you walked around the sales floor you could hear the call for more beads and the hurried footsteps of the Marketing Reps as they ran to grab more beads and update their team’s totals. In the end, only one team could be awarded the winner, and after all the bead values were counted, the winning team was the Purple Team. Congratulations to: Greg Benson, Laurie Weber, Charles Milan, Erika Butler, Ken Rosenberg, Sam Savage, and Mike Taylor. You all have won lunch with Tom Hughes at Mi Mexico.
Being part of a winning team is great, but no Mardi Gras celebration is complete without a Royal Court. The MSM 2019 Royal Court is made up of the three people with the highest point totals at the end of the day. The winners are: in 3rd place, winning a $50 Visa Gift Card, Sam Savage, in 2nd place, winning a $75 Visa gift card, Mike Taylor, and the 1st place winner, winning a $100 Visa gift card, Bryan Breiman. Congratulations to all the winners and a great day of selling by the entire Sales Team.
