The only personal information our website collects is what you choose to send us through one of our forms. We use it to follow up with you. We also use Google Analytics to see how our site is used. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it for advertising, and we don’t collect or store any payment or financial information. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.

What you send us
Our site has three forms: one for business owners, one for media partners, and one for people interested in working at MSM. When you fill one out, you share information such as your name, your business or organization, your location, your contact details, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you’re interested in a job, you may also share a link to your LinkedIn profile or resume. Those forms are the only places our site asks for personal information.
Basic technical information
Like nearly every website, the service that hosts our site may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure. Our site may also use a small number of cookies needed for the site and our forms to work.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and how people found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. We use it only to improve our site, not for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Payment information
We don’t collect or store card, bank, or other financial information, on this site or anywhere else. Invoice payments are made on a separate payment site, payyourinvoice.com, which has its own privacy policy.

- To consider you for a role at MSM, if you’re interested in working with us.
- To provide and manage the services you ask us for.
- To keep a record of our conversations and work together in our customer management system.

If we send you marketing email, every message will include an unsubscribe link.
How we share it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our website, measure how it’s used, and manage our records, who may use it only to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- If MSM is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and customer records in our customer management system for as long as they’re useful to our relationship with you, which may be indefinitely. If you’re interested in a job, we keep what you send us so we can consider you for current and future roles. If you’d like us to delete your information, just ask and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy.
- Correct information that’s wrong.
- Delete your information.
To make a request, email info@msminc.com, call (847) 215-4400, or write to us at the address below. We’ll confirm it’s really you, usually by matching information we already have, and respond within 45 days. We won’t treat you any differently for asking.
If we can’t fulfill your request, we’ll explain why. You can appeal by replying to our decision or by emailing info@msminc.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. If you’re not satisfied with the result, you can contact your state attorney general.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.
Children’s privacy
Our website is built for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Our site links to other websites, including our invoice payment site. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle information.
Where we operate
MSM is based in the United States, and we store and process information in the United States. Our services are intended for businesses in the U.S.
